RESPONSIBILITIES:Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s largest enterprise customers.Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure all assets are received, and provide accurate status updates and confirm delivery in line with pre-defined SLAsCoordinate seamlessly with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks fast.Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAsIdentify risks, potential issues, plan to and mitigate them, and escalate to the Program Leader as appropriateDefine and delegate admin work to PCsControl budgets effectivelyEffectively balance and manage priorities across a variety of task types and customersEstablishes deadlines /ensures deadlines are feasible and completes tasks by said deadlinesMitigates risk and escalates issues or problems in an effective manner, along with proposed solutionsAsks pertinent questions to ensure fu
